Care, Dignity, and Practical Support

Your generosity helps families, seniors, and individuals in Charlottesville and Albemarle County access emergency assistance and essential support.

Your Generosity Helps Families and Seniors

Donations to the Alliance for Interfaith Ministries provide emergency financial assistance, essential household items, and compassionate support to neighbors facing housing instability, delinquent utility bills, and unexpected crises. Every gift helps meet immediate needs and strengthens our community safety-net.

Financial Contributions

Financial contributions fund direct assistance such as rent and security deposits for families transitioning out of homelessness, emergency utility and rental support for seniors, and crisis related needs that cannot be met through public benefits alone. Financial support also sustains ongoing programs including Secure Seniors, Homeless Families, Home Again, and the Domestic Violence Fresh Start Fund.

How your Financial Gift Helps

Because of generous donors, AIM is able to provide practical help when it is needed most, including food and household item delivery for seniors, home safety improvements, medical emergency kits, furniture and household essentials for newly housed families, and case management that helps clients navigate complex systems and remain stable over time.
